Trendy Puku

Recently I finished spinning the batts I picked up at the Black Sheep Gathering last summer in Oregon.  They were both a blend of merino wool, tussah silk, and hand-dyed silk noils.  I am beyond pleased with the results.  I plied two strands together, but as I was finishing the second batt (the pink batt), I realized this fiber would look fabulous as a single ply.  I am going to have to make a trip out to Oregon in June so I can get a few more to experiment with.

Are you attending any fiber festivals this year?
